Superintendent Welch Wraps the Conference
Our much beloved and honored District Superintendent, Bill Welch, brought the conclusion to the 2010 Again: A conference on the Holy Spirit. Bill’s blessing upon the congregation was an impartation or bestowal of God’s grace and favor to walk in the Spirit.
We love our leader!
