Why the building?
MCA Church has been in dozens of building projects around the world. A few years ago, Pastor Kent felt the Lord leading us to start the process of building facilities focused on ministry for youth and children.
Why is the youth building being constructed first?
We originally planned to construct facilities for children, however, we discovered that to proceed with that project would require a major retrofit to make our building compliant with current building codes. Our Board had to decide whether it would be wise to continue saving money for the retrofit or proceed with construction of a youth facility. After much prayer and thought, the Board felt it was best to proceed with construction of the youth building.
What are the building specifications?
- A two story 60 feet x 100 feet
- 8,100 square feet
- The ground floor will have:
- a large multi-purpose room ( ___ feet x ___ feet) – this room is approximately the size of our current sanctuary and can be used for youth services and other large group activities
- a large conference room (___ feet x ___ feet) – this room can be used for venues like Life Community or the Multi-language Service
- The second floor will have:
- two offices
- a medium conference room

How are we paying for the building?
We have raised $650,000 to start construction. We are praying and raising money for the remaining $______.
In addition, we have secured financing so that we can complete construction on-time to stay in compliance with our building permit.
